You Are Allowed To:

  • You can use these designs in original songs and various commercial activities so long as you use originally drawn art pieces for them and not any of the renders provided on this website or the PNG download folders. This does not include AI-generated material.

  • Similarly, you may also use these designs for non-commercial/non-profit activities. You may also use the official renders in such activities, so long as you do not make any sort of profit/revenue off of works involving the official renders.

  • Honestly, this isn’t required but I would like credit whenever you use them!

You Are NOT Allowed To:

  • As stated earlier, do not use any of the renders provided in the PNG download folders for any sort of commercial activity.

  • Do not use my designs alongside AI Music/Art generation of any kind, Sora, ChatGPT, AI Chatbots, etc. You are also not allowed to run these designs through said AI programs. Likewise monetising works with my designs that use any of the previously mentioned programs is forbidden. Synthesizer V’s AI usage is one of the more ethical usages of Generative-AI and I want to reflect that with my designs.

  • Straightforward. I’m not comfortable with seeing my work be used in this way. Shall you ignore this (because listening to one term is apparently too hard) then you are not allowed to make money off of it. At all. Sexual content of voicebank designs that are stated to be under 18 is forbidden for obvious reasons.

  • These designs are meant to spread joy and creativity. As such, using them to spread derogatory/politcal messages is not allowed.

  • If you think a design fits another voicebank better, cool. But don’t give that design to another voicebank. Only exception to this rule are established body swap shenanigans. Upgraded versions of a voicebank still count as that voicebank so you may use them for both the normal and the updated ones (ie. You may use Mo Chen’s design with his SV1 or SV2 voicebank).

  • Straightforward. Don’t do this.

  • This isn’t something I’m super strict on. By all means, you can ignore what I put down but these are still my designs so I would prefer if you didn’t. Look into the “You posted [Lore/Headcanon]” question down in the Further Questions segment for more details.

Further Questions:

  • All I ask is for my name and/or the name of the website to be mentioned (ie. [Voicebank] design/render by ubettafish2/[Voicebank] design from the Diosynthea Alata website). You may also use the tags #DiosyntheaAlata, #DiosyntheaAlataSynthV or #ubettafish2SynthV for any content involving these designs and if possible, link the website as well!

  • Unless explicitly stated, any design similarities to other Dreamtonics Voicebank Designs are coincidental.

  • No.

  • Probably not due to how they work (to be specific, the choir vocal is basically 16 voices in 1, 4 variations for each vocal range. With the fact there are 3 of these for different languages, this technically means there are actually 48 voices I need to make designs for. As fun as that sounds, it’s also rather time-consuming so I’d rather not).

  • All terms mentioned here are what you are expected to comply with. You are also expected to comply with the terms & conditions stated by the original developer company of the voicebanks (Dreamtonics).

  • All vocals that have these distinct files are voices that originated for Synthesizer V Studio Pro 1 (aka SV1). The file name with background at the end is meant to be used within the SV1 editor itself (tutorial here). SV2 voicebanks lack this due to the fact you cannot replace images as easily.

  • Unless stated otherwise, any supplementary material provided outside this website can be ignored. While I do have my own lore attached to the designs (since they’re my designs), you are not expected to comply with any information I provide. The only info you’re expected to comply with is the lore mentioned on this website.
